The Law Office of Caren Menahem represents children with special needs and their parents throughout New Jersey. She services clients in public and private schools. Caren Provides legal services for cases involving the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. Caren understands how critical it is to get the correct special education services in place for your child. Caren’s top priority is to see all children with disabilities have the educational opportunity to the right programming, placement and services. Caren aims to form a collaborative relationship with the school system. However, when disputes cannot be settled, Caren is prepared to represent clients in mediation, due process hearings and litigation in state and federal court.
